Every project begins with a deep dive into your requirements. Our technical team reviews your CAD designs or blueprints to optimize the profile for manufacturability, strength, and cost-efficiency.
Once the design is finalized, we create a custom steel die (the mold). This die is the heart of the process, crafted with high precision to ensure your aluminium profile maintains consistent dimensions throughout the entire production run.
High-grade aluminium billets are heated to a precise temperature and pushed through the die under immense pressure (up to 2,500 tons). This creates the continuous length of your custom-designed profile.
Immediately after extrusion, profiles are cooled using air or water quenching. They are then mechanically stretched to ensure perfect straightness and to relieve internal structural stress.
To achieve the desired hardness and strength (e.g., T5 or T6 tempers), the profiles are placed in aging ovens. This controlled heating process optimizes the mechanical properties of the aluminium alloy.
The final stage involves surface treatments (Anodizing/Powder Coating) and rigorous quality inspection. Every batch is checked for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity before being packed and shipped to your facility.
